Mary-Louise Corr



Dr Mary-Louise Corr is Lecturer in Criminology at Edinburgh Napier University. She worked full time as Research Associate on the From Boys to Men Project from October 2010 to January 2013. Mary-Louise’s research has focused on the lives of marginalised youth, employing biographical interviews as her key research method. In addition to her current research on domestic abuse, Mary-Louise previously worked on a longitudinal biographical study of homeless youth in Dublin, Ireland. She completed her PhD thesis in 2011 on the offending careers of young people in contact with criminal justice agencies in Dublin, Ireland Mary-Louise has co-authored (with Dr. Paula Mayock and Dr. Eoin O’Sullivan) a number of publications on the lives of homeless youth, examining their pathways into, through and out of homelessness.
